Learning to hear the voice of the Lord grows through experience and relationship, not intellectual knowledge alone. As we open our hearts, respond to Him, and learn to wait quietly, His voice becomes increasingly familiar. What we hear must also be tested through humility, submission, trusted relationships, and confirmation. God’s voice does not condemn or accuse; He corrects with grace, restores us, and calls us higher. Even difficult circumstances can deepen our desire to seek Him and develop the prayer of listening.
