God is bringing His people into a deeper place of knowing Him by the Spirit and recognizing one another by the Spirit.
His purpose has never been limited to one gifted individual speaking while everyone else watches. God desires a Kingdom, a family, and a living Body through which Christ can express His voice, love, and life in the earth.
As believers mature and grow together in oneness, something begins to change. Ministry is no longer produced by human effort or personal ability. The Holy Spirit begins to flow through the Body in a way that is natural, living, and free.
Sometimes a word comes forth so clearly that afterward no one can identify exactly who spoke it. The focus is no longer on the individual. It is Christ speaking through His people.
There is a spiritual flow that comes when believers enter into the anointing of the Lord together.
Instead of trying to manufacture a word or plan what should happen, we learn to enter the flow and follow where the Spirit leads. God creates something that is greater than anything one person could produce.
We may have known genuine anointings in the past, but the Lord is continually leading His people into a deeper relationship with Him. The new anointing does not reject what God did before. It carries us further into the reality of His presence.
This requires trust. We must become willing to release control, stop relying on familiar patterns, and allow the Holy Spirit to speak through us in ways we may not have experienced before.
We cannot move into greater spiritual maturity without the work of the cross in our lives.
The cross brings a dying out to pride, self-reliance, personal ambition, fear, and the need to be recognized. This process is not always pleasant. There are times when the Lord places pressure on areas of our lives that must change.
We can respond by feeling sorry for ourselves, or we can recognize His dealings as an expression of His love.
God is not trying to destroy us. He is forming His sons.
When the Lord puts His finger on something, we can say, “If this is keeping me from You, I am willing to let it go.”
As those weights begin to fall away, we become freer, lighter, and more able to move in the Spirit.
It is possible to remain active in religion while never truly moving in the Spirit.
Human understanding, emotion, tradition, and religious systems can create activity that appears spiritual but never leads people into greater life. Jesus said that which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
The work of the cross separates us from dependence on the soul level. It brings us out of systems that keep us comfortable but spiritually stagnant.
God is calling His people higher—not into pride or superiority, but into a greater dependence upon His Spirit.
This is not reserved for a select few. Anyone who opens their heart to the Lord can begin to experience this life. Sometimes a person is only one revelation away from breaking out of defeat and entering a new awareness of God.
One of the clearest signs of this new place in the Spirit is the end of striving.
We no longer struggle to produce the right words, prove ourselves, or earn recognition. We are free to become what God has called us to be.
Paul wrote that we were called to freedom. This freedom is not permission to act independently. It is freedom from fear, self-consciousness, and human effort so that Christ can move through us.
When we minister from the Lord’s presence, we are no longer constantly asking, “Am I right? Am I wrong? Should I say this?”
We listen, trust, and speak as the Spirit leads.
The purpose is not to draw attention to ourselves. It is to reveal Christ.
When we look at a brother or sister, we should recognize the presence of Christ within them.
Jesus said that what we do to the least of His brethren, we do unto Him. This changes the way we minister. We do not approach someone as though we are superior or as though we have all the answers.
We give ourselves in love, recognizing that the Lord is present in the one before us.
One person may plant a seed. Another may water it. God brings the increase.
The Spirit of the Lord flows as we give with all our heart, receive from one another, and trust God to accomplish what only He can do.
Fear and self-condemnation can stop the flow of the Spirit.
We may worry that we are not qualified or that we will make a mistake. Yet our confidence is not meant to be in our own ability. Our determination must be that Christ will speak through us.
This does not mean carelessness. It means refusing to lean upon our own understanding.
Even our knowledge of Scripture can become limiting when we depend on information rather than the living voice of the Spirit. The Lord may use everything He has taught us, but He must remain free to speak a fresh and living word.
Our trust is not in how much we know. It is in the One who lives within us.
Hebrews speaks of entering into the rest of God.
Rest does not mean doing nothing. It means ceasing from our own works and relying upon what God is doing.
We release what we have learned to depend upon and pray, “Lord, lead me by Your Spirit—not merely by what I have heard, known, or experienced before.”
This is the place where Christ speaks through His Body.
Peter experienced this when he stepped out of the boat and walked on the water. As long as his focus remained on the Lord, he walked by faith. When he focused on the wind and waves, fear took over and he began to sink.
The lesson is simple: trust what the Lord is doing.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”

The Kingdom of God is not only a future promise. It is a present reality being revealed through people who walk by the Spirit.
As we embrace the cross, release striving, enter His rest, and minister to one another in love, the voice of Christ begins to flow through His Body.
God is forming a family that can move as one—not for personal recognition, but so that His Son may be seen and heard in the earth.
Christ is still speaking today.
He is speaking through hearts that are yielded to Him.
Am I trying to produce spiritual results through effort rather than resting in the Lord?
What is the Lord asking me to release through the work of the cross?
Do I recognize Christ in my brothers and sisters when I minister to them?
Am I willing to trust the Holy Spirit even when His leading is unfamiliar?
Have fear or self-condemnation limited my willingness to speak what God gives me?
Am I depending more on past knowledge and experience than on the Lord’s present voice?
What would it look like for me to enter more fully into God’s rest today?
