The Biblical Feast

The times for the feast are set apart for a specific purpose. And you can take Passover, for instance. Passover is built all around the coming out of Egypt in the sense of coming out of captivity. The Passover is the beginning of change. The feast starts in motion, something that doesn't end at that time. But that experience sets for the whole year. And especially things like Passover, Pentecost, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and it's something that you can have. And it goes a whole year. Tabernacles the appearing of the Father, tabernacling with us. The broadening of our revelation of the feasts, brings out what they're really there for. The Feasts are seasons, they last the whole year.

Preparation, as you've talked about before, Dale, is really key, each one of these feasts, like you say, it prepares us,

God kept His promises at the feast. Christ was born in tabernacles. And you go back and the restoration of the temple. There are so many things that happened according to the cycles of the feasts. Now, that's the history of the Jews, which is our legacy. And even Christ Himself, kept the feasts. He knew the appointed time, because when He was to go to the cross was at Passover, He knew the reason for that.

It's man's way, or it's God's way. The Feasts keep reminding us, it's God's way. And the only way you get any kind of benefit in this walk with God is approaching things His way, not our way.

Whether you agree, or you don't agree with the feast, or you think that their Jewish feast or the Jews or you know, you've now replaced the Jews, you know. Now, all the promises and everything are no longer for the Jews. They're just for, for the Christians. Look at your heart. Look at your heart, search your heart. If your heart is honest, and loving, and have integrity in it, towards God, He'll lead you. He will guide you, even beyond your doctrines, beyond your belief because He's moving on.

The feast, the 10 commandments, all came before the Jews. So, if you look at the Bible, you throw out what man did to it. Separating the Old Testament from the New Testament, a lot of Christians, even the Christian bringing up that most of us had. We were taught that those were Jewish holidays, they are not Jewish holidays, they're biblical holidays. We get a broader view of the kingdom, if we take what Isaiah said about Yahshua Messiah, and take that into consideration, that Jesus Christ was to be the leader of a body of people, and He was to be the Great High Priest. That whole thing starts to fit together when you look at the feasts are Passover lamb is salvation. Passover lamb was slain on our behalf. We were set up on the first step into salvation. And you go from Salvation to the next feast, the Feast of Firstfruits. Pentecost, the first fruits, and what did Christ do? He was the first one on the cross. He was the first one to be resurrected, that He opened the door for Peter to get up and show that the Holy Spirit was for everybody. And of course, we go into tabernacles He wanted a people to tabernacle with. It's the only place in the Bible I find a cycle or specific directive to walk out my salvation. I can accept Christ into my heart. Well, what did I just accept? I accept the Lamb that was slain on my behalf. I accept Passover. Okay, where do we go from salvation? Five foolish five wise virgins. The five wise had oil. Where do you get your oil? The Holy Spirit brings the oil. The marriage supper of the Lamb, the bride of Christ; tabernacles He's tabernacling in them with tremendous joy, with tremendous celebration, I want to be there too. My path to having a close relationship with the Father, because I'm grafted into His family. Were invited to the banquet. were invited to the parties, were invited because we're family. We're family, sons, fellow heirs. Here's the key. Can you take with you, the presence of the Lord from tabernacles into the next year? Yes, you can.
