The Word – Our Open Door To Walk In This New Day

A mature man will draw from the old and yet reaches into the new. He draws from the old, he draws from the Word that he heard, and the Word that he's entering into now. The Lord of hosts was standing before Joshua saying, “I'm neither for you or against you.” It was up to Joshua, if he was going to move into it, and Joshua, moved into it, in the presence of the Lord. He drew from the past, he drew from what Moses had said, what he had read, and what he had heard and what he had seen. Now he entered into become that which he was, was set before him to become, to move in. We're doing the same thing. The Lord's gonna have to lead us. The Holy Spirit is responsible for what we're doing, and how we're being led, and how we're being, how we minister. Because we are the lame, halt and blind. We are the lame, halt and blind and we can't, it's not in our flesh, it's not going to be done, it's not going to be done, by anything who we are, or what we've done, or anything, except that we have a relationship with the Lord, we have a relationship with the Word, move on in the Holy Spirit.

The Bible,the Word of God, that has been spoken by many men and women of God, are, for a better word, a portal, into the fulfillment of walking and becoming in this age of Spirit. Even though it is an invisible realm, it is not to be invisible to us. It's becoming visible through the Word of God. I think that is a huge thing for people to grasp and get a revelation of because; I believe many people, including myself, can become very mystically oriented, kind of go off spinning out there, in the outer limits, thinking that they are reaching into the Spirit. The reason I think this is important is because God has given us an avenue to walk in the Spirit; and to know the Spirit. And it's not to be a guest or bogale thing. It's not, you're not to be blind leaders of the blind. We are to know the realm that we move in, and know how it operates, and know how things work in the Spirit. And that comes through our dedication, and focus and give-nus to the Word of God. And that's just the avenue that He's chosen. And then the Holy Spirit enlightens and begins to show you things that you'll never figure out. You'll never find the answers on your own. I don't care how spiritual you are, I don't care how dedicated you are. I don't care. There is something at this end of an age, this time, that God is making so clear. And I think He's gonna make more clear, that it's a focus. It's a focused faith, in His Word. It's a dedication to be in that Word. By that, if you really get what happened to Joshua, it's just as like clear as a bell. Because Joshua, he just meditated on the Word. And God opened up realms to him, that he would have never figured out, he would have never gotten. Well, that's no different for us today. We're going to walk in things that we will never figure out, get, appropriate, or become, without the Word of God. I think as we get that principle, you talk about things speeding up. Things begin to speed up because we are finally getting it. We're finally going oh, no, I don't have to wander here or wander there. I don't have to go find some new Word to hear to tickle my ears. I need to reach in to the Words that have been spoken to me in faith, listening for the Holy Spirit to open something up.

Where does it say? Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. The Word is a key. But the Word is such a key to the Holy Spirit moving and ministering and teaching us how to move. If we don't know how to move, we reach into the Word or we ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to us what the Word is saying, What is going on, what is happening, Holy Spirit, show me. 99.9% of the time, it'll lead back to the Word. Or He'll remind you of a Word that you've heard or been spoken to you. The Word is such a key to our maturing, and are coming forth and are being able to move into these things. We have to be able to get into the Word. And Lord open it up to us in a new way. I don't want the old way of thinking about the Word. I don't want it the old way of relating to the Word, or relating to You or relating to the Holy Spirit. I want to know what You want for me now. What do You want me walk in now? And as Body of Christ together, ministering the Word, the Words coming through each other. We have to have ears that hear. So we just ask Lord, give us ears to hear, and hearts that respond immediately to your Word.

I've had seasons where the Word became dry. And I would read the Word and it would just be dry. Nothing was clicking. The Word doesn't change, and the Lord's there. So if the Word is not real to me, it's not because the Word not real. And if I humble my heart, and don't look for some other answer, well, I'll just go here, the words not real. So I'll go do this, or I go do that. What I'm trying to get at is, there is a fixed focus. Remember how David said, My heart is fixed, Oh, God, my heart is fixed on You?. Well, in this day, it's a fixed focus un-wavering from the Word. And you'll go through things, but if you fix your focus, humble your heart, humble your mind, lay aside your thinking, your thoughts and go back to His Word and meditate on it. You know, whether it's quote, meeting you or not. He's meeting you.

Isaiah, Jeremiah, Elijah, Elisha, the spirits of just men made perfect, we're just the completion of the ground that they laid. And what a humbling thought that is. Lord, give me eyes to see and ears to hear. Give me your heart, that it might be filled with all that You are.
