Creating Relationships With God’s Love

A living relationship starts with God’s love. When looking to the Lord on how to relate to someone, start by receiving His love from Him. He wants people to love one another with His love. God freights our words with qualities of His spirit. (1 John 4:19 -20)

Relating by God’s love can create many wonderful things in people’s lives. Are there practical steps we can take to walk out God’s love through us each day? By just opening up and drawing from the Lord His love, you can then become an agency to let that love flow out, whether its from your hands, your mouth or just a smile. This type of action coupled with faith might be what makes their whole day. ( 1John 4:11-13) A simple “hello” or just taking the time to talk to someone in your busy day may have dramatic effects in their life. (Mathew 25:34 – 40)

Will you become a channel of God’s love to others? Taking the time in your day to simply say “hi” to a stranger or talking to your neighbor, maybe the very expression of kindness that really makes an impact in the lives around us, even changing the world we live in. (1Cor. 3:6- 9)
